What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for electricity through MidAmerican Energy and Cable/Internet.
Do you have on-site management?
Yes. Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
Is parking available?
Yes, underground and surface-level parking are available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, The Nexus has a pet policy in place that allows pets up to a 70lb combined weight limit for a max of 2 pets. Breed Restrictions will apply. Pet Rent/Deposit applies.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
We currently offer lease terms of a minimum of 6 months.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $300 for qualified renters.
What is the application fee?
The application fee processing fee is $25 per adult application.
Are there any income restrictions?
No, The Nexus at Gray’s Landing is a market rate building.
