Dawn brings 15 years of property management experience to the Nexus team, along with an in-depth knowledge of property management laws and fair housing rules. She has a friendly and approachable personality and loves working with people. Providing a beautiful home for the Nexus residents and their pets is her favorite part of her job. Annie is your Assistant Property Manager at The Nexus. She is dedicated to making sure all residents feel at home, including pets!

Annie warmly welcomes questions and requests from residents and is dedicated to make sure their needs are met. Service and people are her favorite parts of her job.

When Annie is not at The Nexus, she is busy introducing potential foster dogs to her Yorkie Petey, or picking for junk to turn into treasure!

Allison supports the property management team to ensure they have all the necessary resources to provide residents with the very best service and living experience. Don’t be surprised if you see Allison prepping a unit for occupancy or lending a hand to the maintenance crew, if there’s something she can do to help her team best serve residents, she’ll do it.
